Job Description Helpmates is Hiring a Warranty Service Admin to assist with following up on customers service warranties and service requests. This is for a company that Manufactures commercial refrigerators, freezers, supermarket and cooking equipment.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay rate: $19.00/hr.
Responsibilities: - Follow up on Customer warranty service request.
- Follow up once service is done.
- Follow up on vendor invoicing.
- Updating Vendor & Product Registration
- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and to verify criteria.
- Verify any discrepancies
Qualifications: - Detail oriented, ethical, self-motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks
- Warranty experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Phone etiquette
- Ability to correspond thru email
- Data entry
- Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel
