Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Scanning all documents and files
- Taking payments and balancing cash drawer and daily work.
- Data Entry
- Building and updating reports.
- Dispatch delivery orders to drivers.
- Monitor Customer Tanks that may need a fill.
Customer Service: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Provide information about products and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Promote a positive customer service experience with a customer-centric approach.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
- Help monitor office inventory levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
- Arrange and display merchandise to attract customer attention.
Safety and Compliance: - Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security.
Qualifications: - Strong computer skills to include MS Office Suite emphasis on Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, occasional overtime as needed.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
