This role is crucial for the success of our retail operations. Customer Service Representatives engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend effective solutions. You will resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure maximum satisfaction while maintaining product knowledge and high store standards. Achieving excellent customer service and meeting the store's sales goals are imperative in this position.

This position may involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to payment methods, personal information, and merchandise, which may be supervised or unsupervised. To safeguard our business operations and protect the safety of our community, a criminal history review is necessary.

The selected candidate will be expected to work at stores within a 15-mile radius of the following location: 4176 Lakeview Rd, Geneseo, NY 14454.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • One year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Experience selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language, including Spanish.
