This is a fantastic opportunity to be the voice of Frontier, assisting customers with their internet, phone, and potentially TV needs within Camarillo.


As a Frontier Customer Representative with Ventura Business in Camarillo, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with the information, support, and solutions they need to stay connected. You'll play a vital role as a Frontier Customer Representative in ensuring a positive experience with Frontier services in the Camarillo community.


Key Responsibilities of the Frontier Customer Representative:

  • Professionally and courteously answer calls, emails, or chats from Frontier customers in Camarillo regarding their internet, phone, and potentially TV services.
  • Clearly and accurately explain Frontier's Camarillo area service plans, features, billing, and current promotions.
  • Provide helpful troubleshooting assistance for common technical issues related to Frontier services, guiding customers through potential resolutions.
  • Handle customer account inquiries: billing, service changes, payments, and account updates.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns with efficiency and empathy, striving to find the best possible solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to inform customers about and potentially offer relevant Frontier product or service upgrades that meet their needs.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our systems.
  • Adhere to Frontier's customer service guidelines and Ventura Business company policies.
  • Stay informed about Frontier's products, services, promotions, and relevant policy updates for Camarillo customers.

Minimum Qualifications of the Frontier Customer Representative:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • A willingness to learn and retain information about Frontier's internet, phone, and potentially TV services.
  • Basic technical aptitude and comfort with troubleshooting common service-related issues.
  • Patience and empathy when assisting customers, especially those who may be experiencing frustration.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage customer information effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate systems and input data accurately.
  • Must be a resident of the Camarillo metropolitan area or have a strong understanding of the local community.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
