- Serve as the liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email, diligently monitoring orders to guarantee timely production and delivery.

- Review and edit customer artwork for custom orders, ensuring it is production-ready.
Minimum Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
