Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to: - Handle 40-50 inbound customer service calls per day with professionalism and empathy
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems using strong data entry skills
- Resolve billing inquiries, service concerns, and product questions using problem-solving techniques
- Recommend hydration products and services to meet customer needs and drive sales retention
Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered: - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or call center experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong attention to detail
- Must have a hard-wired internet connection (100 Mbps down / 15 Mbps up) and a distraction-free workspace

Pay Details: $15.50 per hour
