Description:
The Web Chat Representative will be the frontline of Slingshot's webchat service. They will efficiently answer web chats and emails from multiple customers at a time, while simultaneously providing exceptional customer service. Agent will have access to the clients CRM to update and make changes in customer accounts, and will take inbound calls from Tevis drivers to assist the emergency team in dispatching emergencies.
