Role/Responsibilities - To handle intake and closure of complaints registered in system.
- To work on Intake of complaints.
- Work with lead in completing daily assignation.
- To drive efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with of cross function team (CFT) such as call centre, MDR, Investigation to ensure timelines are met.
- 2 years of experience in patient engagement or similar.
- Detail oriented resources who can keep things moving.
- Analytical ability.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum Requirements - Diploma in Science/Lifesciences
- High school graduate with 3 years of call center experience
