Are you passionate about customer service and have a knack for problem-solving? Do you have a background in the manufacturing industry? In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with the best possible service and solutions. You will be working closely with our sales and manufacturing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with sales and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating them when necessary to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Participate in regular training and development programs to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships and handling customer complaints.
- Strong reporting skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and present them to management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry trends is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
