About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our Little Rock, AR team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with customers, and excels at multitasking with efficiency and organization.

You will play a key role in developing strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication within the team, and offering creative solutions that add business value. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Shift: Day shift

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and texts, providing world-class service to clients, service technicians, and manufacturers.
  • Assist in dispatching and routing Field Service Technicians to service calls, ensuring quick and efficient response times.
  • Perform general office support tasks, including scheduling, managing paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and updating customer information.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage work in progress, proactively handling open service orders, anticipating customer needs, and resolving escalated service issues.
  • Collaborate with management and the service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • Learn and utilize company systems, including cloud-based scheduling tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Provide insights to improve business operations and customer relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively in dynamic situations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and scheduling software preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative roles where multitasking was essential.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatch, or an administrative role.
