Job Title: Customer Service Representative 5Location: Greensboro, NC, 27409Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: RemoteJob Description: Duties: - Aid Customer Operations Specialists with administrative tasks, including back-end support for order to cash account activities, data entry, and finalizing creation of deliveries and returns.
- Act as tier 1 support for customer inquiries related to delivery, order updates, and account status under supervision of senior staff.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve basic customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior staff.
- Generate and review basic reports to support order to cash processes, identify account challenges, verify data accuracy, and update customer account status.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Learn and understand the company's products, services, customer service policies, and industry standards.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop a thorough understanding of the company's CRM and order management systems (Crop Edge, SAP).
- Contribute to maintaining high customer service standards and improving customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on customer service processes and suggest improvements based on observations and interactions with customers.
