Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Handle a high call volume of around 70 inbound and outbound calls per day
- Schedules client appointments through phone and digital communication.
- Drafts and finalizes documents while building strong client relationships with efficient follow-ups.
- Addresses and resolves customer inquiries and concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Updates and maintains accurate location profiles and data in the internal system.
- Gains and applies in-depth knowledge of pricing structures, terms, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitors the status of ongoing campaigns and communicates updates.
Qualifications: - Minimum one (1) year of sales and customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Additional Info: - Pay rate: $20-22/hr
- Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm Mon - Friday
