The purpose/primary function of this role is to handle incoming email/call requests through the Patient Portal from existing and new patients regarding all aspects of the business.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Ensures all email requests/inquiries are responded to within 72 business hours
Completes the requests/inquiries in the appropriate applications and/or forwards additional information/action needed to the appropriate Lincare department(s)
Proficient in all systems necessary to complete the requests/inquiries
Meets/sets daily goals to ensure SLA is met
