Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $16 - $17 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

About the Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our client in Raleigh, NC. This role offers room for growth and could lead to a full-time opportunity for the right candidate. We encourage you to apply if you're a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties
  • Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and direct calls as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
Administrative Support
  • Schedule service appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Manage and maintain office and field staff calendars.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide general office support as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Experience with trade dispatch software is a plus.
