Customer Service Representative

Pay: $21/hour+ (Higher for candidates with industry experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Position Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide front-line support in a fast-paced call center environment. This role involves direct interaction with customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving service or billing-related issues. If you thrive on delivering excellent customer experiences and enjoy working in a small, supportive team within a larger organization-this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, ensuring positive and professional interactions.
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls (approximately 60-80 daily)
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and warranties.
  • Accurately enter and process product orders, warranty requests, and supply needs.
  • Log all customer interactions and update information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns, including complaints, billing discrepancies, and pricing questions.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 years of call center experience preferred (flexible for strong candidates).
  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Proficient in MS Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
