YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP This full-time remote position typically works
Sunday - Thursday from
10 am - 7 pm with
alternating weekend shifts.
As a Customer Service Rep, you provide support to our plumbers out in the field. You answer inbound calls, texts, and emails. As you interact with clients, you gather information, manage schedules, and process new and existing service requests. Your knowledge of the plumbing industry allows you to provide clear answers to any questions our customers may have.
You get great satisfaction from providing excellent customer service and love helping the team from the comfort of your home.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - Must be able to work in the office 1 day per week
