Your Role: As a
Contact Central Agent, you will be responsible for collecting and processing critical information to mobilize field personnel. You will interact with customers, first responders, and third-party partners, ensuring that every call is handled with efficiency, professionalism, and empathy.
Key Responsibilities: - Answer and respond to incoming emergency calls from customers, fire or police departments, and referral sources.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all necessary information is accurately documented and forwarded.
- Enter detailed information into web-based databases and third-party applications with speed and precision.
- Follow company and client-specific protocols to ensure compliance and effective emergency response.
- Adapt to evolving processes and industry requirements.
