Your Role:

As a Contact Central Agent, you will be responsible for collecting and processing critical information to mobilize field personnel. You will interact with customers, first responders, and third-party partners, ensuring that every call is handled with efficiency, professionalism, and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and respond to incoming emergency calls from customers, fire or police departments, and referral sources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all necessary information is accurately documented and forwarded.
  • Enter detailed information into web-based databases and third-party applications with speed and precision.
  • Follow company and client-specific protocols to ensure compliance and effective emergency response.
  • Adapt to evolving processes and industry requirements.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Assist with training new employees.
What You Bring:
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Customer service experience - ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Attention to detail - accuracy in data entry is essential.
  • Ability to multi-task - work efficiently under time constraints.
  • Basic computer skills - comfortable using software systems for documentation and reporting.
  • Dependability - ability to work every other weekend, a minimum of three holidays per year, and occasional overtime during emergency situations.
