Our client, a leader in logistics and customer service, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Last Mile department supporting a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Suffolk, VA

Pay Range: $16 per hour

What's the Job?
  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues effectively.
  • Monitor progress of delivery routes and performance of delivery teams.
  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders efficiently.
What's Needed?
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
