Salary: $32-35/hour + full comprehensive benefits + 401k
Job Summary: As an Operations Specialist, you will be a valued member of our Customer Service and Operations teams, contributing to an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities: - Identifying, managing, and growing revenue within existing and new accounts.
- Assisting the Customer Service Lead in managing and expanding key customer relationships.
- Owning the overall customer relationship for current and potential new clients.
- Mastering the order-taking process.
- Working with Tier 1 ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Sage).
- Reviewing order errors and addressing customer complaints.
- Following company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Assisting in answering phones as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - 5-7 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- A proven track record in customer service; experience in inside sales is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Industrial background experience is a plus.
