Our client is a well-established distributor of first aid and immediate care medical supplies. They are actively looking for an Operations Specialist to join their team ASAP.

Salary:
$32-35/hour + full comprehensive benefits + 401k

Job Summary:
As an Operations Specialist, you will be a valued member of our Customer Service and Operations teams, contributing to an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identifying, managing, and growing revenue within existing and new accounts.
  • Assisting the Customer Service Lead in managing and expanding key customer relationships.
  • Owning the overall customer relationship for current and potential new clients.
  • Mastering the order-taking process.
  • Working with Tier 1 ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Sage).
  • Reviewing order errors and addressing customer complaints.
  • Following company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Assisting in answering phones as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • A proven track record in customer service; experience in inside sales is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Industrial background experience is a plus.
