Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include phone duties, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed.

Responsibilities
  • Process and input customer orders
  • Run reports to check for product availability
  • Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with transportation and operations department
  • Trace orders as needed
  • Ensure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer generated invoices
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes
  • Answer phone calls and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform daily duties
  • Act as backup during Account Manger's time off or vacation by handling all customer orders
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish language
  • Previous customer service experience a plus
  • Computer skills to include data entry and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and be organized
  • Team player with a great personality that is self-motivated with an engaging level of enthusiasm
Pay and Benefits
  • $16/hour, paid weekly
  • Benefits after 60 days
  • Monday - Friday schedule
