Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leading professional association who is seeking an experienced, Customer Service minded individual to fill the role of Customer Service Rep. This is a full-time position for a highly organized, self-motivated individual with strong people skills. Position requires 3 days in Rockville and 2 days in DC.
Responsibilities:
- Trouble shoot members' needs to find a resolution in a positive, professional image
- Assist with processing new member applications and database entry
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner with colleagues, members, and general public
- Assist member and guest walk-ins, phone calls, and emails
- Assist with members' SentriKey app, and lockbox needs
- Assist with maintaining accurate information in various databases (such as Rapattoni, SentriLock, and NAR/M1)
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years' experience in a customer service position
- Must have good written and phone communication skills
- Having exceptional listening skills and patience
- Having a strong customer service skill set, with the ability to speak concisely and effectively
- Has knowledge and has used Microsoft office applications
