Customer Service Representative - Lighting Manufacturing Location: Pompano Beach, FL (On-Site)
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year (Direct Hire)

leading lighting manufacturer to find a
Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to advance in a stable and supportive company.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution via emails and phone calls
- Ensure all new POs and change orders received from customers are processed within 24 hours
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams for seamless order fulfillment.
- Coordinate shipments to customers with the warehouse by confirming delivery address and shipping details with the customer
Qualifications: - Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in the manufacturing industry highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems is highly preferred
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
