Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and assist customers with orders and inquiries
Provide accurate information regarding pricing and order status
Support sales team with necessary details for bids and proposals
Make outbound calls for collections and follow-up on outstanding invoices
Process customer payments and resolve billing disputes as needed
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and reports
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 9-12 months of customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
