Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and assist customers with orders and inquiries

  • Provide accurate information regarding pricing and order status

  • Support sales team with necessary details for bids and proposals

  • Make outbound calls for collections and follow-up on outstanding invoices

  • Process customer payments and resolve billing disputes as needed

  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and reports

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • At least 9-12 months of customer service experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
