Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key point of contact, you will assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and administrative support as well as assisting agency sales staff with daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, professional service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist customers with policy questions, coverage options, and claims processes. Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and payments. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our system.
Work closely with agents to support sales and retention efforts. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications: Previous customer service experience (insurance experience a plus but not required).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems (preferred but not required). Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No.
