Steadily growing, fast paced distribution company seeking customer service position with duties to include, but not limited to the below
Responsibilities
• Answer and assist customers via phone and email
• Provide appropriate solutions to customer questions
• Refer questions and issues to managers, if necessary
• Assist customers with company programs and policies
• Manage internal procedures and follow up with customers
• Manage order processing via company website
• Enter data across company software systems
• Work independently, within a team environmentQualifications
• Clear communication skills
• Customer always first attitude
• Willingness to cross-train
• Problem solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Basic knowledge CRM software and Google Suite
• High School Diploma or GED Full time position, Monday through Friday 9-5, benefits offered
