Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Customer Service Representative to join their insurance and claims support team. In this role, you will communicate with external partners such as employers and insurance companies to gather and verify essential information. You will also support the claims process by compiling documentation, submitting billing packets, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery. A strong ability to manage phone-based communication, multitask across systems, and handle sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Background in a customer support role
- Proficient in handling both inbound and outbound phone communication
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in basic office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Compensation: $20 - $22/Hour
