Customer Service Representative Responsibilities - Handle copying, faxing, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist customer questions and provide basic information
- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain an organized workspace
- Drive to various locations as directed by the Manager
- Support dealership staff with other tasks as needed
Customer Service Representative Qualifications - Previous office or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained in dealership processes
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor when speaking with customers
- A valid driver's license is required
