- Worksite Location: Grand Rapids, MN
- Compensation: $50,000 annually
What you'll do as the Customer Service Representative:- Support and manage current client accounts
- Quote and issue new policies
- Coordinate with carrier partners
- Maintain accurate records in agency systems
What you'll bring to the Customer Service Representative role:- 2+ years of insurance experience
- Current MN insurance license or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and organizational skills
