Customer Service/Sales Support Representative

Location: Johns Creek, GA
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours)

Founded in 2014, Zywie Healthcare is a cardiac monitoring company. We record and transmit patients' EKGs through Holter monitor, event monitor and mobile cardiac telemetry. We are a trendsetter in the industry putting doctors' offices and hospitals in complete control of their cardiac monitoring.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and medical providers, providing support, answering inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with all requests to include, but not limited to, password resets, new account set-ups, clinic calls, actioning all emails to the sales team support inbox.

• Address and resolve all sales team issues and concerns efficiently, escalating as needed.

• Liaise with all departments to ensure sales team requests are handled quickly and efficiently.

• Resolve patient/provider concerns and issues efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain patient records.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.

• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends or evenings if needed.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Frequently required to sit/walk/stand.

• Continually reviewing computer screens.

• Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.

• Continually required to talk and hear.
