Volt is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Denton, TX.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle tasks typically performed by a Sales Representative, including customer interaction and support.
- Enter sales orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system.
- Manage related dates and ensure timely follow-up on customer orders.
- Work closely with the sales team to enter quotes into the ERP system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in customer service or sales support within the electrical industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
