Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: City of Industry, CA
Pay: $18.50
Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:45am - 2:30pm

Essential Duties:
  • Answering phone calls, email inquiries and order processing.
  • Correspond with customers in a timely manner regarding receipt of orders, prices, schedule changes, and shipping information.
  • Review contracts and orders entered to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Interface with production, purchasing, quality, shipping, and accounting teams in an effort to expedite (as required) and deliver on-time product.
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
  • Coordinate with appropriate company organizations to resolve problems and customer complaints.
  • Maintain records and files of orders, quotes, and customer correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Service
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Ideal candidate is highly focused, detail-oriented, well organized and possess the ability to prioritize workload to ensure daily order targets are met.
  • Must possess computer skills, able to use word, excel, outlook, and other CRM/databases.
  • Self-motivated, flexible with a "Can do" attitude.
