Vaco is seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative for contract-to-hire. Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative (Contract to Hire)
Job Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls and digital inquiries regarding bank products and services (e.g., online banking, account balances, debit cards, loans).
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues on the first contact when possible.
- Perform account transactions and maintenance accurately.
- Refer sales opportunities to the appropriate team.
- Stay updated on products, services, and policies.
Shift Details: - Contractor Hours: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday) for the first 6-8 weeks.
- Post-Conversion Hours: 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm (Monday-Friday).
- Saturday Rotation: 2.5 Saturdays every 8 weeks with a weekday off.
Requirements/Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service experience (in-person or call center).
- Ability to handle 50-60 calls per day.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Must be coachable and adaptable.
