This position is stationed in our Washington, PA branch. We are looking for candidates to join our talented team of professionals. We are interested in hiring someone who is eager to learn and who can put their knowledge and expertise to work for our customer's life safety system. Systems to include, but not limited to, fire alarm/life-safety, intrusion alarm, access control, video surveillance, and nurse-call. The CSR (customer service representative) will answer the service-related calls and schedule/dispatch the technicians. In addition, daily responsibilities will also include shipping/receiving and other administrative responsibilities.

Location: Washington, PA

Type: FTE, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Learning the company's solutions including products, labor, and services.
  • Work with the sales team and coordinate schedules with the technicians for service, and projects.
  • Respond accordingly to service calls. Ask inquisitive questions in relation to a service request to be sure the technician is equipped with the right equipment for the service call.
  • Receive equipment and ship when required, via existing software platform. Lifting up to 50ls is required.
  • Work with team leads to assist in daily administrative requests.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Normal office environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE):
  • High School Diploma, and at least (1) years of low-voltage system experience
  • Understanding of all or most of the following systems: fire alarm/life-safety, intrusion alarm, access control, video surveillance, professional audio-visual, nurse-call, plus low voltage systems in general, installation, testing, inspection, and maintenance helpful.
  • Understanding of the construction contracting environment is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service and thoroughness.
  • Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate and follow up with customers.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required for the position.
  • Must be able to clear a drug screening.
