Brief Job Description:

Performs highly complex human services support work. Work involves providing information to clients or assisting staff in the delivery of services. Reviews and process Listing Applications for the District. Issues Listing permits in accordance with policy. Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment

Essential Job Functions (EJFs):

Evaluates new applications and issues listing permits. - Monitors Listed Family Homes for compliance with Background Check Requirements. - Monitors Listed Family Homes for compliance with Fee Requirements. - Performs other duties as assigned and required to maintain unit operations. - Promotes and demonstrates appropriate respect for cultural diversity among coworkers and all work-related contacts. - Attends work regularly in accordance with agency leave policy.

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

Skill in effective verbal and written communication.

Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Ability to work with diverse groups of people with conflicting goals and priorities with tact and diplomacy.

Ability to operate basic office equipment including, computer, fax and copy machines, and camera/AV equipment.

Ability to travel.
