Customer Service Rep II Evening Shift Department: Intermodal Rail Operations

Compensation: $17.40 - $24.89 / hour
Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that STG delivers on our promise of outstanding service. You will work with customers and business partners to ensure we meet our commitments and delight our customers at every step of the experience. To succeed in this role, you must be extraordinary at multitasking and delivering solutions that move multiple projects toward completion.
Key Responsibilities - Is the internal "Voice of the Customer" and acts as a champion on behalf of the customer to fulfill, meet, and exceed expectations.
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
- Monitor the progress of orders from start to finish.
- Process charges or cancellations to customer orders
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise- Minimum of a High School Diploma, bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of customer service or transportation experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with the drive to resolve issues.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
