Location: USA-Remote

Job Description
is seeking a Remote Call Center Agent to join our team. This role will support online portal access, provide product education, and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and motivated to work in a production-based call center.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
Resolve customer issues with products or services via inbound/outbound calls and e-mail
Assist with online portal access including user maintenance, password resets, and web browser troubleshooting
Schedule appointments
Provide customer education on products and services
Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
Ensure HIPAA compliance
Respond to all customer inquiries within a timely manner
Accurately document customer interactions
Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Evaluate the nature of customer issues to determine the proper resolution
Utilize internal resources as needed to resolve complex issues
Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
Maintain productivity and performance standards

Requirements
Reliable high-speed internet and a designated/quiet workspace suitable for remote work
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Prior Call Center experience
Experience and proficiency troubleshooting technology
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
Excellent multitasking abilities required
Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
