Customer Service Representative

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Pay: $17/hour

Are you an empathetic problem-solver with a passion for excellent service? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative . You'll be the crucial link between customers, partners, and drivers, ensuring every delivery is a positive experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist customers and partners via phone and email.
  • Handle complaints professionally, turning challenges into solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Monitor delivery routes and process order changes/cancellations.
What You'll Need:

We're looking for team players who are great listeners and can balance policy with empathy.
  • Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A bonus if you have: A high school diploma/equivalent, 1+ year of call center experience, strong customer service skills, excellent multitasking and organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive under pressure.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
