Job Title:- Customer Service Representative
Location:- Loxley AL 365511
Pay rate:- $17/hr on W2
SHIFT DETAILS: (Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 - 6:30)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You'll work with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure we meet our commitments and delight customers at every step of the experience.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor the progress of delivery routes

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

What you'll need to excel:
At a minimum, you'll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues

• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
