This position requires independent decision making to respond to and resolve complex billing, customer requests, inquiries or complaints with extensive job knowledge and/or experience in corporate procedures & policies. Provides analytical support for internal customers in the Customer Service business unit. Position emphasizes public relations, effective revenue risk management and provides a variety of information regarding the company. Makes decisions to pay for service recovery up to and assists in claims investigations. Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced team members. May assist Supervisor with multiple tasks in support of daily operations.
