Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Pittsburgh, P A (Onsite)
Pay: $17.50/hour
Experience: 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Type: Part-time; Contract
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, and Thursday, 2:30pm to 11pm (Ability to work other days as needed)
HireOne Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team.
Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Test drive a variety of vehicles as needed.
- Maintain accurate data and documentation.
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve issues as they arise.
- Stay productive throughout the shift by multitasking and working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors with the ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- This position requires regular on-site attendance and cannot be performed remotely.
