Job Title: Customer Service Recon Assistant

SUMMARY

Under general supervision, the Customer Service Reconditioning Assistant repairs and preps KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas motorcycles for events and resale.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconditions motorcycles and ensures that motorcycles are up to compliance standards for resale. The type of task will depend on the current condition of the motorcycle (e.g. replacing fenders to rebuilding the engine).

• Assists in the Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for all motorcycles before they are shipped to a dealer.

• Provides event support by assisting Marketing, Media, Ride Orange and other departments in the preparation of motorcycles for events.

• Performs general shipping/receiving duties tied to the Technical Services Warehouse.

• Supports various special projects, as needed.

• Assists with organizing production availability for the biweekly sales list for internal use.

• Ability to travel to different locations to perform certain projects.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Generally requires a minimum of 1 (one) to 2 (two) years of progressively responsible experience in motorcycle maintenance and mechanical knowledge. Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required.

Salary Description

$20.00-$23.00/hr
