Position Overview:
As our Customer Service Professional, you'll be the first point of contact for clients-both in person and over the phone. You'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for everyone who interacts with our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Handle incoming mail and office correspondence
Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry
Maintain a clean and organized front office area
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
Schedule:
Wednesdays & Thursdays: 8:45 AM - 4:30 PM
Fridays: 8:45 AM - 2:00 PM
Compensation:
$17 to $20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
