Job Summary

Providing support to develop best in class processes within CS which will support optimal order management, while ultimately enhancing the customer experienceResponsibilities/Description
Provide process support to internal and external customers. Troubleshoot issues and escalate to next level (Senior CS Process Specialist/Regional CS Process Manager) as needed.
Manage shared mailbox, categorize and respond to requests from internal customers
Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
Build a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and KPI's in OTC process
Engage with CS in an ongoing basis to catalog processes within the group, highlighting any variances.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (no specific major field required)
+3 years' experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain
Knowledge of SAP OTC
Basic knowledge of business processes and procedures
Fluent business English communication skills
Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
Project management skills
Good analytical and quantitative skills
Highly collaborative and team player
Cross cultural awareness
Training / Certifications
SAP OTC training
