Position Title: Customer Service Phone Agent (Call Center) Location: Appleton, WI Employment Type: Full time Job Duties: Provide professional customer service by phone and in person Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction Perform administrative tasks and basic data entry Work independently and take initiative when needed Support team operations and help create a positive environment Qualifications & Requirements: Typing Test: WPM Strong computer and interpersonal skills Call center experience preferred Able to sit and focus for full 8-hour shifts Reliable attendance is critical Positive attitude and desire to learn Professional and pleasant telephone voice Some admin/leadership experience is a plus Must be a self-starter able to work with limited supervision Why Work With Us: Weekly Pay Supportive, team-first culture Long-term opportunity with room for growth Flexible scheduling within required parameters Raises and performance reviews every 6 months Training: Approx. 3 weeks (self-paced) Includes E-learning and hands-on mentorship Compensation: $15/hour (Monday Friday) $16/hour (Saturday & Sunday) Performance Reviews every 6 months (Pay raise opportunities) Incentive Pay available based on attendance and performance Schedule Options: Standard Shifts (1st Shift): Available Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Shift Times: 6: 00 AM 1: 00 or 2: 00 PM 7: 00 AM 2: 00 or 3: 00 PM Weekend Availability: Must work every weekend or every other weekend Split Shift Option (Optional): Weekdays: Morning: 6 00 AM or 7 00 AM Evening: 3: 00 7: 00 PM or 4: 00 8: 00 PM Weekends: Straight Shift: 7: 00 AM 3: 00 PM Note: Split shift days are flexible and can be discussed during the interview
