The Customer Service/ Order Entry Lead will support the Logistics, Production, and Order Entry Departments in providing a high level of service to Roxtec customers. The position reports to the Order Entry Supervisor
Essential Job Functions - Work closely with Shipping and Production teams to provide a high level of Customer Service
- Enter customer orders, paying close attention to detail, to ensure shipping method, special markings, etc. are entered on orders
- Make changes to existing orders as needed
- Assist in training new Logistics employees
- Create shop orders and purchase requisitions as required to fulfill customer orders
- Provide order status, tracking information, and parts availability upon request from customers via phone & email
- Complete regular rotations in the warehouse, generating invoices & pick lists for daily orders including required documents based on customer requests
- Handle evaluation of orders to be delivered when weekly shipments arrive
- Match and file closed orders
- Back up to Logistics Supervisor
- Daily order entry operation and prioritization
- Coordinating with the Warehouse Supervisor on order prioritization
- Supporting the logistics team
Requirements

- Capable of making independent decisions and work under minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of international shipping, terms of delivery, shipping services

Education and Experience - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year in prior lead or supervisory customer service role
- Minimum 3 years of order entry/ customer service experience
