As a Customer Service/Operations Support, you will manage end-to-end logistics and support supply and demand planning to optimize inventory turnover. Based at a new office and warehouse facility in Flowery Branch, GA, you will coordinate logistics between Asia and the U.S., ensuring cost-effective and timely inbound and outbound freight arrangements. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment, resolving transportation issues, and contributing to process improvements while assisting with cost control and vendor management.
Required Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with emphasis on international freight and transportation
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Office 365, and supply chain management tools
- Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and transportation management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the lighting industry or related with focus on Retail, Commercial and online Businesses.
Your responsibilities as Customer Service/Operations Support will include: - Work with the Director of Supply Chain and the Director of Operations
- Monitor and coordinate shipping schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare reports for management on logistics performance, cost savings, and inventory turnover rates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain and logistics operations.
- Work with Vertical stakeholders to ensure timely reporting of shipments and invoicing
