Job Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and courteous service to customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and internal procedures
Qualifications: Qualifications
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
