We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and courteous service to customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and internal procedures

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
