Your Responsibilities as an Office Professional - Lead management and Scheduling - you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
- Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers - You'll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations.
- Create Life-Long Customers - Deliver a great experience that wows every customer. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time.
- Accounts Receivable - Manage AR by communicating with commercial and residential customers on AR Report and collect and process payments.
- Marketing / Social Media - Maintain and promote the business through Mr. Handyman social media accounts including, but not limited to blogs, testimonials, examples of workmanship, promotions and other creative content.
- Sales / Lead / Quote Follow-up - Utilizing the office CRM system, follow-up and close sales leads, estimates, quotes documenting results for analysis.

Job Requirements These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.
- Live within the commuteable area and have reliable transportation
- Have 3+ years of experience in an office setting
- Solving problems must come easily to you
- Complete a background check
- Professional communication and phone skills
- Experience with Service Titan CRM Software (Strongly Desired)
- Marketing via lead aggregators portals and business social media accounts
- Sales follow-up with customers
- Account invoicing, payment processing, collections and general AR Management.
Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $21.50 to $26.50 per hour
