Overview of the Position: Assist in helping the office run smoothly through effective organization and attention to detail. Help customer service manager with handling immediate needs of the business. Provide general office administrative support and coordinate projects and events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Create letters, memos, presentations, spreadsheets, or other documents.
- Responsible for filing documents and assist with special projects.
- Assist customer service as needed: quotes, etc.
- Other duties that may be assigned.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Must have good typing ability, both speed and accuracy.
- Must possess strong communication skills and be able to interact positively with co-workers, other departments, suppliers, and customers.
- Must be extremely detail oriented, organized, and able to recognize priorities.
- Highly efficient; strong multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Education / Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
