Customer Service Office Administrator South Plainfield, NJ Are you seeking a fast-paced environment in the commercial construction industry? We are currently hiring a Customer Service Office Administrator for a high-end kitchen and bathroom cabinet manufacturer. If you have a background in customer service, office administration, construction, or building trades operations, we would love to hear from you. This position is Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, and is based in South Plainfield, NJ.
Our client is one of New York City's largest manufacturers and distributors of Kitchen Cabinets, Countertops, Bathroom Vanities, and Vanity Tops. They maintain a network of qualified sales and service representatives throughout the northeast, and they have been providing cabinetry to builders and developers for the most prestigious projects in NYC for 25+ years.
Essential Duties You will play a vital role in our customer service and office team. This position will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing support to customer service representatives, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and office administration tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the company's products and services.
Requirements - 3 to 5 years of Customer Service and Office Administration experience for a Contractor or Construction operations in NJ and NYC

- 2-year associate degree is preferred, but equivalent accounting experience will be considered
